When to Increase My Weights

Have you ever asked yourself this?

“Self, should I increase the weights?”

If this is you, it’s ok, everyone here has asked this question.

But guess what.

It’s time for you to increase the weight.

I am not saying you need to make a giant leap.

All you need to do is go up by 5 lbs.

Even if it is for just one set.

And since we are on the subject.

If you find yourself always going to the same weight for (insert exercise) then it is definitely time for you to increase the weight.

Look

I am not asking for much, just put in one set of a heavier weight, then go back down if you feel the need.

A single set could be what gets you to your next strength goal.

So

The next time you are wondering if you should go heavier or you find yourself going to the same weight.

Go to the next one up.

And

If you are uncertain or feel you need help, ask us.

We are here for you.
