Goal Setting: Measureable

The next part of your goal setting process is to make sure you add a measurement to your goal.

This is mostly a number that shows how you will know when you hit your goal.

Make it a single number.

Saying something like I will lose 5-10 lbs by the end of April is not a solid measurement.

Pick 5 or 10, NOT, an about number.

When you put down 5-10 you are basically saying that you don't care if you fail.
