Win The Morning

Something you might not know about me is that there are several things I do everyday to keep my health up.

One of these items is spending at least 10 minutes everyday writing out my thoughts.

All you do is sit down with a pen and paper and set a timer and put anything that comes into your head onto that paper.

There are reasons for this.

It allows you to remember the things you might forget to do.

It will help you work through feelings you might have about certain things.

And you know when you think about something and cannot get it out of your head. If you write it down you will stop thinking about it almost immediately.

Give this little drill a try.

Everyday for 10 minutes a day for one week write out your thoughts.

See how it helps improve your day, week, and even month.
