Keeping Up With Your Family

Lately I have been thinking about what concerns more people over the age of 40 when it comes to their health.

A few things that come to mind are creeping weight gain, loss of strength, and even not feeling as healthy as they used to.

However the one thing that seems to come up the most is not being able to keep up with their family.

Whether this is their children or grandchildren. Keeping up with families seems to be pretty high in the reason someone would want to improve their health.

This is just an observation that I have made.
