After Christmas

We are in that weird week between Christmas and New Years Day.

This is the week where you just got done celebrating Christmas and you are looking forward to ringing in the New Year.

What to do?

Simple really.

Stick to your healthy eating habits, drink your daily amounts of water, and get in at least 3 workouts through the week.

Just accept that it happened and move on.

Understanding and accepting that it happened is way healthier than punishing yourself.
